G’day! This is a cheeky website to share a few photos I have taken mucking around on a film camera. Growing up, I developed a superficial interest in photography after learning about my grandmother’s involvement as a fashion editor and model at U.S. Vogue during the 1940s and 50s.
Fast forward a few more years and my interest continues to mature. With film photography, I am fascinated by the yin and yang between passively observing subjects and actively choosing what you see. One also cannot immediately view or edit the result, forcing one to embrace the process, acceptance and going with the flow. It is a messy, raw, unfiltered and beautiful medium. It is perfectly imperfect, much like everything in life.
